Tiger – 105/107 Oxford Street, London W1

An asset management initiative on behalf of DTZ Investors. A surrender of the French Eye lease was secured and a new lease put in place with Tiger for the 7,500 sq.ft store at a new rent of £750,000 pax. This would become Tigers first Oxford Street store.

KIKO – 48 Oxford Street, London W1

As part of phase 2 of the Oriana development a new lease on this 2,000 sq.ft store was signed with Italian cosmetic brand KIKO who opened for business in 2017.

Currys PC World – 94/98 Oxford Street, London W1

An asset management initiative on behalf of Lazari Property. In 2016 Currys PC World opened their 10,000 sq.ft flagship store on Oxford Street. The store was originally occupied by three separate retailers and a first floor office tenant. Vacant possession was secured from the four occupiers to facilitate creating this flagship store.

Matalan – 149/151 Oxford Street, London W1

In 2013 we were asked to assist with the marketing of this 18,500 sq.ft store which was being developed by Axa Real Estate. Soon after we successfully negotiated a letting to Matalan who would go on to open their first store on Oxford Street. To read the article as Published in Drapers Click Here

Disney – 350/352 Oxford Street, London W1

In 2011 Disney opened their 8,200 sq.ft flagship store on Oxford Street , their largest store in Europe.
