In 2007 the building occupied by New Look at 175/179 Oxford Street was totally destroyed by fire.
A modern state of the art double height glazed fronted store totalling 9,500 sq.ft was built in its place and a deal was done with Jack & Jones (now trading as Lush) who opened for business in November 2010.
