Acting on behalf of Roche Properties the H&M store was twice increased in size over the course of a two year period.

The first time by increasing the ground floor and basement after securing possession of the adjacent corner store. Then a further twelve months later after securing planning consent to convert a 15,000 sq.ft first floor office space to retail,  increasing the total size of the store to 40,000 sq.ft
