Acting on behalf of Roche Properties vacant possession was secured from three separate retail tenants and a new 16,500 sq.ft flagship store was built and then let to Uniqlo.

Lloyds Bank-113-117 Oxford Street, London W1

Acting on behalf of Resolution, vacant possession of this 7,500 sq.ft store was secured from Sainsbury’s and a new lease was signed with Lloyds Bank. This letting allowed Lloyds Bank to vacate their premises within the Oriana development.

Acting on behalf of Waterstones a deal was put together to sell the 40,000 sq.ft flagship store to Uniqlo. An undisclosed seven figure premium was secured on behalf of Waterstones.
